While we were in Henderson I bought demi a new basketball ($20 basketball) and me, her and Trenton. Went to a park so she can play and not be lazy. We were passing the ball and she was shooting threes and making small plays with us.
During the jist of all this, these guys walk up asked if we wanted to run a full court me and Trenton were like not my game (I played soccer like 3 times since we been in California). Demi said she'll run a game with them. They made 3 fatal mistakes.
1. They looked down at her cause she was a girl and a short one to them.
2. They didnt guard her from the start.
3. They fell for her tricks.
Demi is like me when I am on the pitch cocky when I'm in the zone. Which really made her shine.
She was shooting threes and making them she even shot a three and back stepped as she made it. Which made me and Trenton laugh as we watched her do it. Her side won by 5 I think, but you know how it goes last basket wins, she still managed to win the game.
One guy tried to hit on her but she shut him down which was funny.
